On August 28, 2018, Leexin Factory has upgraded to Guan Mei Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., or called Kwun Mei. The original shareholding structure remains unchanged and is still wholly owned by Lok Mei Industrial Company Ltd.. Kwun Mei will collect the Chinese customers’ payments for Lok Mei, issues VAT invoice and pays Chinese taxes.
